SAN, (born 21 July 1956) is a Nigerian politician and lawyer who is currently the Governor of Ondo State, in office since February 24, 2017.[1] Nigeria and also a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) who became president of the Nigerian Bar Association in 2008.[2] Akeredolu was also a Managing Partner at the Law Firm of Olujinmi & Akeredolu,[3] a Law Firm he co-founded with Chief Akin Olujinmi, a former Attorney General and Minister for Justice in Nigeria. On 21 July 2020, he was declared as the Ondo governorship candidate after the primary elections under the platform of the APC.[wikipedia]

Brief

Ondo or Ondo State is a state in Nigeria created on February 3, 1976, from the former Western State. It originally included the present Ekiti State, which was split off in 1996. Akure is the state capital. Each Nigerian state has several ministerial offices representing the federal government. Ondo State. Ondo state borders: Ekiti State to the north, Kogi State to the northeast, Edo State to the east, Delta State to the southeast, Ogun State to the southwest, and Osun State to the northwest and Atlantic Ocean to the south.
